Please read this before starting a reset.
- Your reset key is single-use. It is consumed only after a reset is verified as
successful — not simply by starting the process.
- Do not disconnect or power off your printer while a reset is running.
- If the result of a reset cannot be confirmed, your key is not automatically reused — it is placed
under review instead, and you will be given a reference code for support.
- A support/reference ID is provided for every completed, failed, or under-review attempt so you can
follow up if needed.
